Today I leaned how to cook some new Chinese traditional foods from my mother on the phone. Then I tried to cook them, and I made it. They were very delicious, my friends and I were enjoying it very much. I hope some days all my friends can try my food and I'm very confident they'll all enjoy them.
Traditional Chinese food is not very difficult to cook, the first secret is just be confident and try the new type of cooking. I know that almost all the people around the world like to eat Chinese food, however they don't have enough time to cook. That's a problem. I hope all the people can eat what they want in the future.
As someone who is an expert on Chinese cooking, I have a question for you! I know that American 'Chinese' food and not traditional by any means. However, I am curious, what are some of the major differences between what is marketed as Chinese food in American and what is really traditional cuisine?
